I thought I'd share this prayer with you as it has helped me through many a desperate moment. I am not Catholic...as a matter of fact my beliefs are quite eclectic. However, I believe when you pray or meditate with all your heart, that God will hear you. The power of St.Jude has been proven to me many times through this prayer.

Use it when you feel there is no hope or no chance in whatever the circumstances may be. Please do not misuse it as then it will not work. I always promise something in return, publication or a kindness such as a donation to
St. Judes Children's Research Hospital...some kind of gesture in return for the help. Feel free to copy this and carry it with you.

O Holy St. Jude, Apostle and Martyr, great in virtue and rich in miracles, near kinsman of Jesus Christ, faithful intercessor of all who invoke your special patronage in time of need, to you I have recourse from the depth of my heart and humbly beg to whom God has given such great power to come to my assistance. Help me in my present and urgent petition. In return I promise to make your name known and cause you to be invoked. St. Jude pray for us and all who invoke your aid. Amen.
